OK, so the premiership kicks off this saturday (YAY!!!). So to add some excitment to the beautiful game why not enter a fantasy team at .... fantasy.premierleague.com (Also, everything is FREE)
From here you can pick your own team and see how many points your players score depending on how well the play in their matches in the premiership.

Also don't worry if you start after the premiership has kicked off, the league won't start counting anyone's points until SEPTEMBER 1st. After that if your late everyone will have a head start over you!!
